Precise temperature control: equipped with an intelligent temperature-control system (+/-1°C error) to prevent overheating that can cause metal oxidation or composition loss.
Reduced oxidation: closed design and vacuum protective-gas pouring prevent molten metal from contacting air, reducing oxide slag formation and ensuring fineness. Production efficiency: about 4 gold ingots can be cast in 5 minutes.
High recovery rate: the plate melting machine can work with crucible pouring or mold systems, with zero loss and lower operating cost.
Automated operation: modern models include a PLC intelligent control system, and all core components use international brands to ensure stable equipment operation. Preset programs can complete the full melting, holding, and casting process with one button, reducing manual-intervention risk.
