· Automatic and manual programmed temperature-rise modes can be switched freely, or different working parameters can be preset.
· An added bottom heating plate provides five-sided furnace heating, making workpiece heating more uniform and suitable for wax-setting casting.
· Extra-large capacity with an independent circuit control box.
· Equipped with a dedicated base frame for easy movement and installation.
· Uses advanced temperature-control instrumentation with digital display and 8-30 segment programmable automatic temperature control. It can be observed from a distance, with clear readings, no parallax, and accurate temperature control.
· Includes over-temperature and thermocouple-break protection. If the temperature exceeds the set value or the thermocouple short-circuits or fails, the equipment shuts down automatically to prevent furnace runaway and fire risk. After thermocouple failure, full value is indicated and the red light stays on.
· Automatic power-on and power-off functions can be set.
· Intermittent power on/off controls the heating rate to ensure plaster mold sintering quality and improve casting yield.
· The heating elements are arranged rationally, the furnace temperature is uniform, and air convection is good, making it easier to load damp workpieces, evaporate and exhaust moisture after heating, and extend heating-element life.
· The furnace door has a safety device; when the door is opened, the furnace automatically cuts power to protect the operator.
