Melting and casting are completed in one process. The first heat takes 3-5 minutes, then about 1.5 minutes per cup. Unique stirring induction heating provides high efficiency and good finished products. Inert gas protection prevents oxidation and reduces raw-material loss. Good sealing forms a vacuum environment in the chamber, and vacuum pressure technology produces high-density finished products without sand holes. The nearly loss-free characteristics directly improve economic benefits.
