Workflow Overview
Set or call related parameters through the touchscreen. Place the barcoded wax mold onto the mold-infeed line. The following steps are completed automatically by the equipment.
Place into production line
Scan the barcode, obtain wax mold parameters, and automatically feed the wax mold into the fixture.
Automatically adjust wax-injection parameters according to barcode data and start injection.
After injection, the wax mold automatically returns to the outfeed line and is force-cooled for mold removal.
