This equipment uses stamping dies and a feeding mechanism driven by a cam to automatically assemble punched parts from coiled metal strip into continuous chains. It uses highly mechanical automation and intelligent control to realize unattended automatic processing. Every step is human-centered, greatly reducing labor intensity. The operation and adjustment system height is between 90 cm and 130 cm, suiting most operators. The structure is compact, fasteners such as screws are easy to secure, and the machine is easy to disassemble, clean, and maintain. Lubricating oil has a self-circulation system, making operation smoother and more environmentally friendly.
The main drive motor uses variable-frequency speed control to suit different product specifications. Feed detection and chain-break detection control automatic stopping. Lubricating oil is automatically controlled by an adjustable time relay.
