The fiber laser uses an integrated overall structure, with no optical pollution and low power-coupling loss. It has many unique advantages in laser marking applications. It is maintenance-free and long-life, uses laser diodes as the pump source, and has a fully enclosed optical path, with average trouble-free operating time over 100,000 hours.

· Beam quality is much better than that of traditional solid-state laser marking machines. It outputs in the fundamental mode (TEM00), with focused spot diameter under 20 um. The divergence angle is one-quarter that of a semiconductor-pumped laser, making it especially suitable for precision and fine marking.

· The electro-optical conversion efficiency is as high as 30%, and the whole machine consumes less than 500 W, which is

1/10 of a lamp-pumped solid-state laser marking machine, greatly saving energy cost.

· Processing speed is 2-3 times that of traditional laser marking machines.

· Widely used in electronic components, electrical appliances, electrical communications, automotive and motorcycle parts, precision hardware, gifts and ornaments, medical devices, eyewear and watches, instruments, sanitary ware, and other industries. Not suitable for highly reflective materials.
